I'm Lori. I write essays, teach yoga, read Tarot, and drink bourbon and San Pellegrino from a crystal glass.

I am creativity-obsessed and always working on the next thing. I believe in strong words, messy drafts, and making things happen—without waiting for permission. You’ll usually find me with a notebook, a black coffee, and a half-finished idea.

I’m currently working on my debut essay collection while juggling the rest of life’s pieces. Fingers crossed I don’t drop any, but at least it’ll make for a good story.
